If your unfit, unhappy, or mentally struggling, chances are your business will be suffering too. Lack of energy, confidence, motivation, sense of self-worth are all things that suffer when you’re not taking care of yourself.

As part of the Mind, Body, Performance program you will be provided a detailed nutrition and training plan tailored to your individual needs. The training programs are tough and are meant to challenge you. But you will have my 100% support each step of the way, helping you realise how strong you are. Though don’t be shocked at some point if you are dealt some tough love and some home truths. Again, believe me It will be hard. But that’s why it will be so rewarding!

A former winner of WBFF Fitness Model and Fit Factor, and owner of S20 Physique gym in Sheffield, I have devoted my life to all aspects of physical and mental conditioning.
Winning has been my mind-set from a young age. From being bullied to representing my country in martial arts; from being skinny, to competing with some of the world’s elite in physique competitions; and from not having any real grades from school, to opening a gym and running a successful business. All these things have taught me key life lessons and given me unforgettable learning experiences that I now share with others helping them to achieve more.

• 1-2-1 training for groups of two - you’ll receive the same support as private 1-2-1 training and have your own sessions designed for you, but by training in a pair you’ll reduce the cost and have a partner to further boost your motivation to achieve great results.
• Online coaching - giving you the freedom to work towards your goals on your terms, I’ll support you online with clear and friendly advice through personalised workout plans, nutrition coaching, and wellness and mind support.
• Physique coaching – coaching you to muscle gain, strength improvement and fat loss, I’ll give you the tools and advice to take your physique to the next level – be it for personal satisfaction or to be stage ready.
Mental
• Health and wellness coaching – empowering you to take responsibility for your own health and adopt a long-term healthier lifestyle.
• Mindset coaching – helping you change your life in empowering ways, I’ll guide you to improve your mindset so that you can become the best version of yourself and unlock your full potential.
• Stress management – coaching you to manage stress, anxiety and other difficult emotions through positivity and mindfulness.
